Once my laptop has been running for a while (day or two) I will notice that when I am pounding away at the keyboard typing there will be a delay until the characters actually show up. After some research I found a post somewhere that suggested that un-checking one simple checkbox would solve the problem. Typing in Outlook when composing new messages or calendar entries was laggy.
